I'm Vaishakh, a design leader with 17+ years across medicine, diagnostics and large-scale enterprise software.

As Head of Design at SigTuple, I lead end-to-end product design for AI-powered medical devices and clinical reporting platforms, owning safety-critical workflows, human-factors studies and a cross-platform design system for 24/7 lab environments, aligned with FDA and CE expectations.

Earlier I led UX for enterprise and customer-facing platforms for global brands including Kia, Hyundai, Lenovo and Subway, building scalable design systems and turning complex workflows into clear, reliable experiences across web, mobile and on-device.
